Library Catalog

You can use the link above to search the library Catalog, check your user account, or place reserves on materials.

• To begin using the online catalog, click on the link above. You will be taken to a welcome screen. Please click on the button in the upper left of the screen to search the Tracy Memorial Library catalog
• The next screen shows 3 search boxes with drop-down menus. You may search by title, keyword, author (last name, first name), or subject (please note, these are specific library terms, you may have better luck with a keyword search).
• When you have entered your search term(s), click on the magnifying glass search icon to begin your search
• The next screen you see will show your search results. If the library owns the item you want, you will see it listed in the results. Click on the box that says "copies" to determine if the item is available.
• If the item you want is checked out, you may place a reserve on it and you will be contacted when it becomes available. To reserve an item, click on the "reserve" box to the far right of the "copies" screen.
• The next screen will ask for your barcode and last name. The barcode is the number on the back of your library card, without preceeding zeroes (05889 is entered as 5889)
• If your search yields no results, you may request the item via Interlibrary Loan

• To check your account (find out what materials you have checked out, when materials are due, whether you have materials on reserve), click on the "user status" button at the bottom of the initial search screen
• The next screen has two search boxes: enter your library card number in the barcode box, BUT do not enter the preceeding zeros, for example, if the number on your card is 05899, enter 5899, omitting the initial zero. Enter your last name in the second box.
• The next screen should show the items checked out to your account, due dates, and any fines. If you have any trouble accessing your account, please call the library at 526-4656
