Tracy Memorial Library serves the needs of the New London Community by providing free access to a diversity of ideas and information through a wide variety of library materials, services, technology, and experiences.

  • All residents of New London are invited to complete an application form to receive a free library card.
  • School-age children are eligible to apply for library cards, completed applications must be signed by a parent.
  • Non-residents are eligible for library cards upon payment of an annual fee.

  • Materials may be renewed two times, if they have not been reserved by another patron
  • Materials may be renewed by phone, call 526-4656, or by email (please include your name and card number in the message) mcarroll@tracylibrary.org
  • Patrons returning materials after the due date are asked to pay fines of $0.10 per day for printed materials and audio books, $0.25 per day for Interlibrary Loan materials, $1.00 per day for videos and DVD's with a maximum fine not to exceed the original cost.


Interlibrary Loan

Tracy Memorial Library participates in the New Hampshire State Automated Information System (NHAIS) and subcribes to the State Interlibrary Loan (ILL) protocol manual. TML will make every effort to lend as well as borrow materials through interlibrary loan.

  • Registered borrowers in good standing may submit requests to borrow materials not owned by Tracy Memorial Library.
  • To submit an ILL request, please complete an Interlibrary Loan form at the circulation desk.
  • Materials borrowed through Interlibrary Loan circulate for three weeks and cannot be renewed
  • TML will supply photocopies of periodical articles.
  • Lending audio-visual materials are considered on an individual library basis. Many av materials are not available for loan.
  • Book club leaders may request one title in multiple copies. Book club ILLs may circulate for one month.
  • Please give 4 weeks notice when requesting multiple copies.

Homebound Delivery                                                                        

Tracy Library provides weekly homebound delivery service for patrons who cannot visit the library. This service is available for patrons who are temporarily or permanently homebound.
