Resources, on May 7th at 4:30 PM in the Library’s meeting room. She will be speaking about her book which was borne out of her career spanning over 4 decades caring for people as they approach end-of-life.
This will be a conversation about what we can all do to take more control of our own life as we age and
move nearer to our final days. It will also be helpful to all who are or anticipate caring for their loved
ones as they become older and frailer. We will speak about how to have conversations with yourselves,
your medical providers and your loved ones. We will also speak about forms which you may find helpful
to document your wishes for your loved ones and some thoughts about choices you may be faced with
for yourself or loved ones as serious, even terminal illness occurs.
No, it is not too early to think about these things! But it always Feels Too Early until it is too late. Come
join your friends and neighbors as we have honest, open conversation about a topic once thought
taboo!
